Each boot is made meticulously by hand by our master craftsmen and women in Australia and we only use 100% natural materials. Why are the boots not the same colour as when I bought them?

Occasionally slight dye transfer may occur with darker colored sheepskin during the first few wears. Lighter colored sheepskin may pick up inks from clothing with which it comes in contact. This discoloration is not covered under the manufacturer’s limited warranty. Because sheepskin is a natural product, there may be some irregularities and variations in color and texture. These traits are characteristic of fine sheepskin and add to the beauty and character of the footwear. These characteristics may cause variations in the fit and wear of some sheepskin products. How can I maintain my BMO Australia® boots?

Maintain your boots by using a good quality waterproofing agent. Only hand wash your natural sheepskin boots in clean cold water and do not dry the boots in direct sunlight or using a heater. Lightly wrap your boots with white paper or a white towel to hold the shape of the boot and let it dry naturally and slowly in a ventilated area. Only use chemicals that are specifically designed by a reputable supplier for natural Sheepskin products, or recommended by BMO Australia®.

How do I know if a product is Australian Made®?

On our products we have the authentic Australian Made® logo. This green triangle logo with a kangaroo symbol shows that the product is Australian manufactured and that the materials and/or production process can be attributed to Australia. What are the shipping fees?

Shipping is FREE for all customers who buy directly from the original www.bmoaustralia.com website.

Payments can be made via iDeal, PayPal or credit card.

When will my goods be delivered?

Deliveries will be made on Tuesdays – Saturdays. We do not deliver on Sundays and Mondays. For specific delivery times, please go to our Shipping & Returns page.

After completing your order, you will receive a DHL tracking number. With this number you can go to the DHL website, input it on the tracking page and then you can follow your order.

Do I need to order a size smaller or larger than I take in a shoe?

We recommend that you purchase the same size as you take in a shoe, as our boots are handmade quality products.

What happens if I am out when my goods are delivered?

For deliveries within the Netherlands, DHL will attempt 4 times to deliver your package and after 4 attempts, they will leave a card with details of the nearest DHL distribution point where your package will be stored until you are able to collect it.

Return and exchange

What is your return policy?

Our products are all checked by hand right before they are being shipped. If you do receive faulty products, you can return them to us. For returning new, unused products or returning faulty products, please go to our Shipping & Returns page.

How do I return an item?

Do I have to pay the postage to return an item?

If you receive a faulty product, return shipping is FREE. The cost of returning an item is your responsibility if you are returning an item to us for exchange or website credit.
